Rapier Lesson July 10, 2009

Continuing the choice drill theme, this lesson we worked on the outside gains this time. To make the action more interesting we added the scannatura as a counterattack action on the disengagment. This action seemed to be very nice from the lefty perspective, and we talked about modifying the action for SCA fencing.

  13. Instructor’s choice 3,4,7,10 with mobility
